The purchaser is responsible for notifying the dealer where the product was purchased and providing proof of purchase, a written description, and a photo of the defect. Claims must be submitted within ten (10) days after the expiration of the warranty period to Black Bear Outdoor Furniture, 90 Caribou Rd, Presque Isle, ME 04769.<\/p><p>Black Bear Outdoor Furniture reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund with dealer credit for the defective product.<\/p><p>Black Bear Outdoor Furniture makes no warranties other than those specifically described herein. Black Bear Outdoor Furniture makes no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for a defective product shall not exceed replacement of the product or return of the purchase price. Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply to you.<\/p><p>This warranty is enforceable only in the United States of America and Canada.
